Volunteer

Each year we hold our original 48FILM Festival Hollywood Red Carpet Screening and Awards Ceremony at the Directors Guild of America in Sunset Blvd., W. Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA.

We'll be looking for volunteers to help us with our red carpet and presenters arrivals, check- ins, and assisting the winners. There will be the award presentations to our global category and top winners, and Official Selection, guest appearances of VIPs, speakers, film screenings and more.

PR/Red Carpet Assistant

We need presentable and cheerful volunteers to help us greet our celebrity winners and attendees and walk them down the carpet. Simple and fun!!!

Production Assistant

Our PA will be the runner and main communicator for the Event Producer. He or she will help with setup details and event guests' check­ins.

Stage Assistants

We need enthusiastic helpers to look after the award winners, our hosts, and the guest speakers. They will assist at the show in any way needed, help the presenters change during the show, and other tasks as necessary.

Setup and Decorations Volunteers

This group will be responsible for putting up the signs in and out of the building, and general decorations. They'll also help loading in items for the event and to carry out other tasks assigned as needed. Enthusiastic and flexible people should apply.

Security

Security assistants will keep an eye at the VIP entrance to monitor access. This group will report any issues directly to the Event Producer and will communicate with venue Security as needed. Other tasks may be assigned.

Clean­Up Crew

This sharp-eyed bunch will be responsible for helping tidy up after the event. They will ensure all trash and recyclable items are cleaned up from around the venue, and placed in the proper places for collection by the service staff.
