GO
The 48 GO GREEN is an International Eco Short Film competition. The competition opens in January and closes on October 31st of each year. The message to the world is clear: Make a short film and Save the Planet!
The competition is open to everyone over 18 years old: from beginner to professional, from all nations.
In previous years 48 had participants from more than 130 cities and countries.

Once you register, you'll need to organize your team to participate in the competition. Whenever you and your team are ready, you can join. Any weekday or weekend, morning or night during the year, from any place on earth you are, all you need is your Internet connection and your team in any city or country.
Go to your registered profile, click the button, “Start my competition”. Select one theme of your choice - no surprises - and our system gives you 3 required elements at random: A character, a line, and a prop you must include in your movie. Your 48-hour go green countdown will start, and you have 48 hours plus 2 hours extra to upload your film. Your short film needs to be 4-9 minutes long, in English, or with English subtitles.

Winners screen their winning shorts at the Directors Guild of America in Hollywood the following year.
From the moment you click the button, "Start my competition," you have 48 hours to shoot a complete short film, from writing to lighting, shooting to editing, production to post-production with your ecological massage.
As many times as you like, you can participate again and again and multiple times during the competition year.
You should create and upload your film in one of the following file formats: avi, mpg, mov, asf, mpeg, xvid, mkv, mp4, wmv, webm, ogv.
ONLY reputable Hollywood professionals and award winners such as directors, cinematographers, writers, actors, producers, and casting directors. We are constantly bringing the best in the business to judge our qualified participants.
The grand prize giveaway is $10,000 in cash and prizes, plus a chance to get in front of Hollywood agents. Please submit your entry for your chance to be one of our next winners that will screen their movies at the Directors Guild of America in Hollywood, in front of accredited Hollywood industry professionals.
No paperwork is required to be submitted with your entry.
By registering and submitting a 48 go green film, each Team Leader agrees to accept the Terms and Conditions presented at the registration time found on the website. As with any film production, whether for a competition or personal use, each team must secure releases for talent, crew, music, and locations (and any other applicable releases). Upon notification that you are one of the finalists, you will be expected to submit all releases and a Certification Statement, certifying all Official Rules' adherence. This paperwork is required to be eligible only for the Grand Prize Winner.

All films created for the 48gogreen.com belongs to the original creators, with rights reserved for festival organizers.
If your short film was selected as BEST FILM of the competition, then CREAMY W PRODUCTIONS MON. IKE. (48GOGREEN) shall retain rights for only two years, after this has been announced as "48 GO GREEN - Official Selection", as well as a Standard Sunset Clause.
