Beverly Hills, CA – January 3, 2013 On March 1-3, 48 Film Project will hold its first competition, with an open call for participants starting now. Creamy White, Inc. is proud to present their newest addition to the 48 Projects, 48 Film Project.
48 Film Project is an avant-garde film festival where competitors form teams to create 4-7 minute films based on a random genre and common element. All of the production work must be done in the two day work period from 7:00 PM on Friday, March 1, 2013 to 7:30 PM Sunday, March 3, 2013.
All artists, whether professional or amateur, are welcome in the 48 Film Project. The concept is intended to spread creativity and passion for the medium in the newly emerging short film format that has become so popular in the days of short film festivals and internet video.
Accessibility to all, whether they have a studio or simply an internet connection, is a priority for the leaders of 48 Film Project. Unlike other film festivals which require a physical presence in a host city, 48 Film Project is wholly an online event.
Filmmakers the world over will be a part of the excitement! 48 Film Project is for everyone who has access to the internet. You will be competing with people all over the world in a multi-cultural event. This fascinating event will allow people from any background to get the Earth’s attention.
Executive Francesco Vitali has years of experience in all aspects of filmmaking and production leadership. He sees emergence of the world market online is a key aspect to nurturing creativity in a more open and free manner.
Creamy White, Inc. has created and is developing various other 48 Projects with the same weekend format. Featured projects include 48 Stand-Up, 48 Music Project, as well as others in development. This builds on the success of the 48 Go Green ecological film festival which will also be continuing in 2013.
