• Keep in touch. At 48 Film Project HQ, we like you to feed us with regular updates.
• Advertise and promote locally to encourage your teams to sign up to compete.
• Ensure your teams feel part of the family, and send them news of promotions, special offers and events.
• Find and organize your local screening events for your teams to show their entries to the public. Make it a good night out!
• Find local or national sponsors to support you financially and raise the profile of your competition. A good brand name can bring much-needed publicity!
• You'll have a 48 FILM Project/France Page, which we create. Keep it busy with social media updates and make it a fun watering-hole for your hungry competitors, sponsors and fans.
• You will participate on the Judges' Committee to vote in the Final Awards, which take place in Hollywood CA in 2015.

What you need

• You are a natural leader, organiser and communicator, above all enthusiastic.
• Familiar with local conditions, culture and your own region's history and quirky tastes in filmmaking.
• A good head for controlling costs and margins.
• A combined creativity together with an understanding of the technical and logistical aspects of making a movie short.
• You should be fully effective online, understanding how to use media, social media to promote the competition and get the best results.
• Previous experience in film production or events planning is required.
