Our Awards and Screening Ceremony for 2014 winners is underway, finally! Executive Producers, Francesco Vitali & Chris Siametis, introduce our superstar superhero host for the evening, star of AMC's Behind the Screen and double Emmy Award winner, John Burke.

Them there Texans moseyed into town all gussied up. That Sal Hernandez is a devil of an actor, and Pablo Schmitt? Man, he can strut sittin' down. Adelante! Julia Creus Garcia, In The Box, flew in from Spain to collect her award for Best Actress.

of Filmmaking Stuff talks distribution. Creating your short is the easy part - now you gotta sell it! Our keynote speaker knows how. It's a wrap! We all high-tailed it to the Sky Bar at the Mondrian Hotel, Sunset Blvd. for our after show party. It went swimmingly.

and People’s choice Award winner director, Michael Lubin's kick-ass local team , and his squeaky-footed clown, Bryan Atkins – so talented – had us rolling in the aisles. ROFL!

We had

our People’s choice Award winning team from Slovakia. Missing Memories touched our hearts. We met Director Tyler Cole and super hot Italian actress and producer Roberta Geremicca. Finding 48? They found us…even if they did come in disguise. Muppets rule!

We really appreciated it. This feels like our Screening house forever. See you next year at the same place with more films and new challenges. Do we have a future Oscar winner

in Aaron Morga, at 17 so young to come up with such an amazing film, Malignant 8, in 48 hours? He's our second Best Editor winner. Mark our predictions. When he is 28, he will have an Oscar in the bag!
